Make your website work for every customer

Accessibility audits for small online stores and restaurants. A person checks every report, we fix the actual code, and we keep watching after launch. No overlay widgets, and no promises nobody can keep.

  • Checked by a person. Every audit includes keyboard and screen-reader testing, not just an automated tool.
  • Real code fixes. We change your theme and markup instead of adding a toolbar on top.
  • Ongoing monitoring. Weekly re-scans catch new problems after theme updates, new apps or new content.

How it works

  1. Free scan and 15-minute call. We run an automated preview of a few pages and walk you through what it found. It's labelled preliminary.
  2. Audit. Our scanner checks every in-scope page, then a person tests the site with a keyboard and a screen reader and checks the results.
  3. Report and review call. You get a prioritized list of what to fix, why it matters to customers, and how to fix it.
  4. Fixes (optional). We fix the code, or your developer does, and then we re-test.
  5. Monitoring (optional). Weekly scans and alerts so new problems don't pile up unnoticed.

What we will and won't promise

  • We don't claim "guaranteed compliance" or "ADA certified". No audit or tool can guarantee legal compliance or prevent a lawsuit.
  • We don't install overlay widgets or accessibility toolbars. They don't fix the underlying code, and in 2025 the FTC fined a major overlay vendor over its compliance claims.
  • We don't give legal advice. If you've received a demand letter, talk to a lawyer. We can share our technical findings with your counsel.
  • We do tell you exactly what we tested, what we found and what is still left to fix.

Frequently asked questions

Will this make my site ADA compliant?

We test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard most often referenced, and we help you fix what we find. We can't guarantee legal compliance or protection from lawsuits, and nobody honestly can. What you get is a documented, good-faith record of testing and fixes.

Why not just install an accessibility widget?

Overlays try to patch a page from the outside and leave the underlying code unchanged. Many sites that were sued already had one installed. We fix the site itself.

What can an automated scan find?

Scanners reliably catch things like missing alt text, low-contrast text, unlabeled form fields and buttons with no name. They can't judge whether a checkout works by keyboard or makes sense on a screen reader, so a person tests those.

Do you need access to my store admin?

Not for the audit. We test the public site. For fix work we ask for limited collaborator or developer access, or we send patches to your developer.

What about my online ordering or reservation provider?

We test the flows your customers use and report problems in third-party widgets. Usually only the vendor can change those, so we help you ask them.
